Your initial consultation is a comprehensive health assessment designed to understand the underlying factors affecting your wellbeing. We’ll discuss your current symptoms, health history, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, digestion, nutrition, medications, and health goals.

A naturopathic assessment may also include reviewing any recent test results and identifying patterns or imbalances that may be contributing to your concerns. From there, an individualised treatment plan is created, which may include herbal medicine, nutritional support, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and, where appropriate, functional testing.

Initial consultations are typically longer than follow-up appointments to allow time for a thorough discussion and personalised plan.
