What is Naturopathy?

Pronounced: NA-chuh-roh-pathy

Naturopathy is a form of complementary medicine that combines traditional healing wisdom with modern, evidence-informed practice. It takes a holistic view of health, treating the whole person, not just the symptom.

Care may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, and comprehensive diet and lifestyle guidance, tailored to each individual.

At its core, naturopathy supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and maintain wellbeing, throughout all stages of life.
